What Foundry Private is

Foundry Private is a paid membership from Foundry Vintage. It gives you The Hunt, Deal Intelligence, My Vintage Closet, Visual Search, Foundry Stylist and Private Drops, as described on the Foundry Private page. Foundry does not own, hold or ship the pieces we feature. Every piece is sold and shipped by an independent seller on another site.

Plans and billing

• Private, monthly: billed every month on the day you joined.
• Private, annual: billed once a year on the day you joined.
• Collector, monthly: billed every month on the day you joined.
• Founding member: the founding monthly price is kept for as long as your membership stays active. If it ends and you rejoin later, the regular price applies.

Your membership renews automatically at the price shown when you joined until you cancel. We'll email a receipt each time you're charged. If a payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. Access pauses if payment can't be collected.

If we ever change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account, under Subscriptions, or email contact@foundryvintage.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Membership fees are not refunded for partial months or years, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

How each feature works

• The Hunt: we search supported resale sites on a regular schedule, usually weekly, and post the best matches we find to your members area. We can't promise a match, and listings on other sites can sell, change or disappear at any time. We show the date we checked.
• Deal Intelligence: compares a piece's asking price with similar listings we found on other resale sites. It shows how many we compared and when. These are asking prices, not sold prices. It is for information only. It is not an appraisal, an authentication or a guarantee of value.
• My Vintage Closet: stores the pieces you tell us about. Any value we show is an estimate, labeled as one.
• Visual Search: finds pieces that look similar to your photo. Similar is not identical. It doesn't confirm the model, era, condition or authenticity.
• Foundry Stylist: outfit suggestions built from listings we find. Fit and sizing vary in vintage, so check each listing's measurements.
• Private Drops: selected pieces shown to members before the wider Foundry audience. Pieces may still be visible on the seller's own site.

Authenticity

Foundry does not authenticate pieces unless a listing clearly says a qualified authentication was done. Check the seller's listing, their buyer protection and, for expensive pieces, consider an independent authentication service before you buy.

Your information and photos

We use what you tell us (your Hunts, sizes, budgets, closet pieces, photos and links) only to run your membership. We don't sell it. Photos you send are used only to search for similar pieces. Please only send photos you have the right to share. You can ask us to delete your membership data at any time by emailing contact@foundryvintage.com. Our full privacy policy also applies.

Emails

As a member you'll get emails about your Hunts, results and account. You can change how often you hear about each Hunt, or stop a Hunt, at any time.

Affiliate links

Many links to other sites are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Foundry may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements, if we ever add them, will always be labeled.

Fair use

Plans include the number of active Hunts and monthly requests shown on the plan. Memberships are for one person and can't be shared or resold. We may end a membership that is being misused, and refund any unused period.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Foundry Private grows. We'll email members about any change that affects them. Questions: contact@foundryvintage.com.
